Our inaugural Club Reserve bottling, exclusive to members of The Peat Elite, the Torabhaig members club. This was bottled from a single cask, number RD00183, and is the first opportunity for anyone to sample our whisky influenced by an alternative cask, in this case an Oloroso Sherry Puncheon, shipped from our Spanish Toneleria. This is also, in many ways, an exclusive preview of what our whisky might become, in that our third release in The Legacy Series, Cnoc Na Moine (available from 2024) will introduce an element of fortified wine cask ageing. So, consider our first Club Reserve bottling a milestone in our short history but also a nod to the future.
